Harlie's Halloween Rocky Road

 A yummy and easy to make treat!

Ingredients:
  • 250g white chocolate, chopped

Method:

Step 1:

Grease an 8cm x 26cm bar pan. Line with baking paper, allowing a 2cm overhang
 
Step 2:
 
Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt over the stove, stirring consistently until melted and smooth.

Step 3:
 
Place macadamias, cranberries and marshmallows in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Add melted chocolate. Stir to combine. Press mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares & serve.
